  • We are an innovative & exciting fitness organization that specializes in delivering IN-HOME personal boxing fitness, weight training, cardio, HIIT, and core conditioning programs. Our boxing programs will increase muscle tone, lower body fat, improve reflexes and balance, and increase overall body strength.

  • Boxing Training is a form of exercise that involves various techniques used in boxing, such as punching, footwork, and defensive movements. 


Some common aspects of boxing training include:


  • Shadow Boxing: Shadow Boxing involves practicing boxing movements and techniques without an opponent or bag. It can help improve technique, footwork, and coordination.


  • Heavy Bag Training: Heavy bag training involves punching a heavy bag with gloves to improve punching power, speed, and endurance.


  • Speed Bag Training: Speed bag training involves punching a small, fast-moving bag to improve hand-eye coordination, rhythm, and timing.


  • Mitt Work: Mitt work involves working with a partner or trainer who holds pads, focusing on punching combinations, defense, and footwork.


  • Jump Rope: Jumping rope is often included in boxing training as it can improve footwork, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance.


  • Strength and Conditioning: Boxing training often includes strength and conditioning exercises such as push-ups, squats, and lunges to improve overall fitness and power.
